How to Plan for a Home Inspection
Prior to scheduling an inspection verify with the owner that all utilities services are on and available for testing.   It is best if pets are kept out of the area to be inspected.My thorough inspections often take 3 hours. Please allow a 3-4 hour block of time for the inspection.   You are encouraged to join me for this inspection if possible.  Although my comprehensive reports are outstanding, reading a report is just not the same as seeing the potential problems first hand.
